Internship Positions Available

Thrive DC offers internships for students pursuing a Federal Work Study or academic credit. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an internship to anyone who is not a student in either of those two situations.

We offer internships in the Fall, Spring, and Summer as they become available.

If you meet the above criteria for a Thrive DC internship, please contact Greg Rockwell at info@thrivedc.org. Send a cover letter and resume, with the one internship position you would like to be considered for. Do not apply for more than one position at a time.

If you are applying for academic credit, please include in your cover letter:

  • A description of your class/program
  • Any requirements your internship has to fulfill
  • How long your internship is supposed to last, with dates if possible
  • Your availability Monday – Friday
  • What you are hoping to gain from your internship experience

If you are applying for a Federal Work Study, please include in your cover letter:

  • The dates you are available to start and end your internship
  • Your availability Monday – Friday
  • What you have to offer Thrive DC in the role you would like to fill
  • What you are hoping to gain from your internship experience
